Coaxial 3.5-inch Dome RS485 ID lock (modify) Operation instructions

Note: When modifying the ID, one keyboard must correspond to one camera, and no more connections are allowed, otherwise other devices will also be modified together; the ID cannot be set to "1" and "255". These two IDs have special uses.
 
  1. Connect the RS485 A and B lines on the tail line to the A and B lines on the keyboard (PELCO_D 9600); and connect the power and video lines before turning on the power.
 
 
Pay attention to the connection of A & B, if it is re versed, it may not be able to operate.
The protocol used by the dome camera is PELCO-D protocol, the baud rate is 9600
 
 
 
  1. Operate in numerical order as shown in the figure below. The camera is controllable when the joystick is operated in step 4, indicating that the connection line is correct.
 
Step 1: Select the "CAM/ID" button on the keyboard
 
Step 2: Select 1 button in the numeric keypad. (At this time the ID bit display 001. The ID input is a left circular input. For example, if you want to input 012, you can directly press 1-2, and you need 321, you can directly press 3-2-1.)
 
Step 3: After inputting, select the "ENTER" button to confirm the operation.
 
Step 4: At this time, the ID of the device has been changed to 001, move the joystick 4, you can see the camera rotates
 
 
 
 
 
  1. Change the ID to 002: Operate in numerical order as shown in the figure below. The camera is controllable when the joystick is operated in step 8, indicating that the connection line is correct.
 
Step 1: Select the "CAM/ID" button
 
Step 2: Select 2 button in the numeric keypad. (This step is to set the modified ID)
 
Step 3: Select "ENTER" button.
 
Step 4: Select CALL button in the functional area
 
Step 5, 6: Enter the numbers 8-0
 
Step 7: Select "ENTER" button.
 
Step 8: Use the joystick to confirm that the changes have been made
 
Note that when making changes to 3, please do the 2 operations above first.
